Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
OCZ Technology Group, Inc. ("OCZ" or "the Group", AIM: OCZ), a worldwide leader 
in innovative, ultra-high performance and high-reliability computer components, 
announces that all resolutions proposed at yesterday's EGM were duly passed. 
 
 
The London Stock Exchange has, therefore, confirmed that the cancellation of 
trading in the common shares and depositary interests on AIM will be effective 
from 7.00 a.m. (GMT) on 2 April 2009.
