The Company has today made an application to London Stock Exchange plc for the 
admission to trading on AIM of 94,564 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These shares have been allotted to 7 employees 
following the exercise of share award options over 94,564 Ordinary Shares. 
Admission is expected to take place on 9th October 2009. 
 
 
Following the admission of these new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued 
ordinary share capital will comprise 69,517,689 Ordinary Shares.
