Notice of
Annual General Meeting
Oneiro Energy plc
(LSE:ONE), the LSE-quoted Company focussed
on energy transition, is pleased to announce that the Company's
annual general meeting ("AGM") for the year to 31 January 2024
will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 9 July 2024 at the offices of
Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG. A copy
of the notice of AGM will be posted on the Company's website in due
course. The notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders
today.
In accordance with Listing Rules 14.3.6R and
14.3.7R, a copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection
at:
