PHIBRO ANIMAL HEALTH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL FOR CANCELLATION 
OF TRADING ON AIM 
RIDGEFIELD PARK, New Jersey, 26 May 2010 - Phibro Animal Health Corporation 
("Phibro" or the "Company") today announced that, at a special meeting of 
shareholders held on 26 May 2010, its shareholders approved a resolution to 
cancel admission of the common shares of the Company on AIM.  The cancellation 
of admission on AIM will become effective at 7.00 am on 16 June 2010.
