New appointment



The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Mahon as Business
Development Manager. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Mahon was Marketing
Director of Sentec Limited, a technology development company which featured in
the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2002 as one of Europe's fastest growing
technology-based companies. During his tenure at Sentec, Mr. Mahon was involved
in business development throughout North America and Europe. Before joining
Sentec, Mr. Mahon was Business Group Manager for DERA (now Qinetiq) where he was
responsible for the commercialisation of military technology.



Mr. Mahon gained a first class degree in Geophysics and a doctorate in Physics
from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He then moved on to the position of
Research Fellow at the University of Leeds prior to starting his commercial
career.

The company's Board of Directors has today granted the following options under
the Pursuit Dynamics Share Option Plan 2001, at an exercise price of #0.435.
