Further to the announcement on 5 April 2012 in relation to the recommended proposals for a managed winding down, the Company announces that the UK Listing Authority has today approved a circular convening an extraordinary general meeting to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 16 May 2012.

The circular is expected to be sent to the Company's registered shareholders today and copies will shortly be available to view on the Company's website (http://www.psourcestructureddebt.com/) and at the National Storage Mechanism (www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do).
