PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund - Share Buyback

The Board of PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund announces that on 30 November 2007
the Company made on market purchases of 135,000 ordinary
shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 109
pence
per Ordinary Share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

(The Company intends to continue to utilise its share buyback authorities as
appropriate in the foreseeable future.)

The issued share capital of the Company is 18,990,439 shares, of which 135,000
(0.71%) are held in treasury and have no voting rights.
