PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund - Results of Tender Offer

PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund is a closed-ended protected cell of PSolve
Alternatives PCC Limited (the "Company").

Further to the Company's announcement of 31 October 2007 confirming the
implementation of the redemption facility, the Company's Board announces that
valid redemption requests have been received in respect of 363,415 Ordinary
Shares representing 1.96 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at 28th
January 2008 and net of the 507,967 shares previously redeemed by shareholders
on 29th October 2007.

The Board has resolved to redeem these shares at the prevailing Net Asset Value
as at 31st March 2008.

Cheques will be dispatched to shareholders within 10 business days of the
announcement of the 31st March 2008 Final Net Asset Value.

Following the redemption, the Company is expected to have 18,119,057 Ordinary
Shares in issue of which 135,000 (0.74%) are held in treasury and have no voting
rights.
