PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund - Strategic review by Board of Directors

PSolve Niche Opportunities fund is a closed ended protected cell of PSolve
Alternatives PCC Limited ('the Company').


On 4 March 2008, the Company announced that its holding in Focus Capital
Investors Limited, which as at 31 January 2008 represented 7.62 per cent of the
Company's net asset value, would be written down by 100%. Given this write down,
and the overall size of the fund, the Board of Directors feel that now is the
right time to consider strategic options for the fund going forward. The Board
will announce the outcome of this review in the near future.
