Appointment of new Director

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the appointment of a new
Director to the Board. Rudolph (`Rudy') Burger has been appointed as a
non-executive Director, with effect from 19 December 2005. He brings with him
over 25 years of international business experience in the information
technology and the digital media sectors, as well as having significant
experience in M&A, restructuring and turnarounds. Rudy has held senior
positions at Xerox (VP Software), NEC (Executive VP and CTO), Media Lab Europe
(CEO) and Scipher plc (CEO).

Rudy is currently Chairman and CEO of US Development Partners and is on the
advisory boards of Hot Origin Venture Capital, and the Institute for Global
Futures.

The only directorship held by Rudy in a publicly quoted company in the previous
five years was Scipher Plc. Whilst an executive director of Scipher Plc and its
associated subsidiaries, such companies entered administrative receivership.
The realisation of assets by the administrative receiver is on-going.

No further disclosures are required under Rule 9.6.13 (2), (4), (5) or (6) of
the Listing Rules.
