Total Voting Rights
The Company was notified on 19 August 2022 that Dorothy
Robinson, the spouse of, and a person closely associated with Guy
Robinson (Non-executive Director) has, via her Individual Savings
Account (ISA) as part of the ISA's automatic dividend reinvestment
arrangements, purchased 926 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 81.9 pence per Ordinary Share on
15 August 2022.
Accordingly, Mr Robinson's beneficial interest in the Company is
now 1,353,583 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.1% of
the total voting rights of the Company. Of these 1,353,583 shares,
26,883 are held by Dorothy Robinson, the spouse of Mr Robinson.
The Notification of Dealing Forms set out below are provided in
accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse
Regulation.
