The Company announces that it has received notification from Mr. J Rendell that he has sold 3,100,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and as a result now has an interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the Company's total voting rights.
