Blocklisting Update

Renew Holdings plc announces that the blocklisting application in respect of the
LTIP and SAYE schemes is now ended.  No further shares have been issued under
either scheme since the blocklisting interim review announced on 26 July 2005.
A total of 2,002,708 ordinary shares of 10p each have been issued under the
blocklisting application.  No further shares will be issued under these schemes.
The current issued share capital is 59,898,927 ordinary shares of 10p each.
