Director/PDMR Shareholding

Roeford Properties plc ("the Company") announces that it was informed that Michael Donovan, non-executive director, has today purchased 500 000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.125 pence each. Following this transaction Michael Donovan holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.26 per cent. of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
