                 TurfTrax Plc First Day of Dealings and IP Sale


Sagentia Group AG, a leading integrated technology consulting and venturing
organisation, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made on 24
December 2007, TurfTrax Plc ('TurfTrax' or the 'Company'), in which Sagentia
owns an 8.8% stake, has today been successfully admitted to trading on the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange. On admission, TurfTrax will have a market
capitalisation of �17.6 million at the Placing Price, following the placing of
8,000,000 new ordinary shares at 40p per share (the 'placing price') raising
�3.2 million for the Company.


Post admission, Sagentia will hold 3,177,486 ordinary shares equating to 8.8% of
the entire issued share capital in TurfTrax, with a market value at the placing
price of �1.27 million.


Further to the admission to trading of TurfTrax, Sagentia is also pleased to
announce that it has come to an agreement with the Company for the transfer of
the remaining intellectual property rights surrounding the TurfTrax tracking
system (originally developed by Sagentia) relating to its commercial
exploitation outside the field of sport. Accordingly, Sagentia will receive an
upfront cash consideration of �100,000, additional shares in TurfTrax valued at
�100,000 at the placing price, as well as an ongoing 50% revenue share on all
commercial activities outside the field of sport relating to the TurfTrax
tracking system.
