    SectorGuard Plc, the AIM listed total security solutions group, announces that following a period of sustained ill health, James McLeod
has retired from the business and stepped down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect. The Board and staff would like to thank
him for his many years of service and wish him an enjoyable and well-earned retirement.
