8 March 2023: Solgenics Limited ( the "Company") announces that, further to its announcement on 2 March 2023, regarding the change of its name from Ncondezi Energy Limited to Solgenics Limited, the Company's website address has changed to www.solgenics.com with immediate effect. The information required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies can be accessed on https://www.solgenics.com/aim-rule-26/ .
