SKILLSGROUP plc ("Skillsgroup")
Management Buy-Out of Synergica AB

The Board of Skillsgroup is pleased to confirm that it has completed the sale
of its Synergica AB subsidiary, based in Sweden to its management for SEK 1
million (#0.1 million), in accordance with the intention previously reported
on 1 October 1999.

The Board also confirms that Mr Claes Hofmann has resigned from the
Skillsgroup plc Board with effect from today's date in order to lead the
management buy-out of Synergica AB.
