                      Board Appointments
                               
                               
Skillsgroup, the IT services and solutions company, is pleased
to  announce the appointment to the Board of Charles Grant and
David Ince with immediate effect.

Charles  Grant  joined the Group in March 1999, following  the
acquisition  of Pontis Consulting of which he was  a  founding
partner.  Mr Grant has worked for more than twenty-five  years
in  the  IT  industry,  in a career which includes  management
positions  with  Unisys,  Sperry  (Univac)  and  ICL.   As  an
executive  director, Mr Grant retains responsibility  for  the
Group's  consulting  operations which are marketed  under  the
Pontis brand.

David  Ince  joined  the  Group in  1995  having  held  senior
management  positions for over ten years  in  the  application
software   and  system  integration  sectors.    His   earlier
management experience was developed at Shell and IBM.   As  an
executive  director,  Mr  Ince  will  continue  to  drive  the
development of the Group's enterprise solutions business which
is marketed under the Acuma brand name.

Commenting on the appointments, David Southworth, the Chairman
of Skillsgroup said:

"The  addition of Charles and David to the executive team adds
further  depth  of IT expertise and knowledge  to  the  Board.
They  have  been  instrumental in the establishment  of  their
respective  businesses  which  are  central  to  the   Group's
services and solutions strategy."
