Bank plc on behalf of NatWest Asset Management Holdings Ltd, Asset Management
Holdings Plc, Gartmore Investment Management Plc and Gartmore Investment Ltd:

National Westminster Bank plc is interested in 8,303,045 shares.  Of this
figure, NatWest Asset Management Holdings Ltd, Asset Management Holdings Plc
