The following amendment has been made to the Return of Capital announcement released on 11 November 2022 at (08:56:19 hrs) under RNS No 1214G. The total amount to be returned to C shareholders has been changed from GBP2.8m to GBP2.08m. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

RETURN OF CAPITAL VIII

The Board of Directors of SLF Realisation Fund Limited is pleased to announce that it has resolved to return an amount of 1.5 pence per share to Ordinary Shareholders, being GBP5.3m based on the current number of shares in issue, and to return an amount of 1.5 pence per share to C Shareholders, being GBP2.08m (the "Distributions").

The Distributions will be effected by way of an issue of redeemable B shares and D shares to existing Shareholders pro-rata to their shareholding on the record date set out below and the subsequent redemption of those shares.

It is expected that the timetable for the Distributions will be as follows:
