Purchase of own Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each
Third Advance Value Realisation Company Limited announces that it has
today, 19 July 2007, purchased 722,227 of its own Ordinary Shares in
the market for cancellation at a price of 106.5p per share.
The remaining outstanding securities in the above class after the
cancellation of the shares will be 22,114,490.  The Company holds no
shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
