In  correction  to the announcement made yesterday by the  Company,  Mr. 
Keith  Millhench,  a  director of the Company, has not sold  7,500,000  ordinary 
shares in the Company, and remains a holder of 7,500,000 ordinary shares,  9.00% 
of the Company's share capital. 
 
As  a  result  of  this  correction, Mr. John Michael  Botros  holds  15,364,627 
ordinary shares in the Company, 18.44% of the Company's ordinary share capital.
