The  Company was notified today that Mr. John Michael Botros has today purchased 
13,037,500  ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 0.13p per share.   Mr. 
Botros  now  holds  28,402,127 ordinary shares, 28.60% of the  Company's  issued 
ordinary share capital. 
 
Mr.  Andy  Moore,  a director of the Company, has today sold 5,537,500  ordinary 
shares  in  the  Company at a price of 0.13p per share.   Mr.  Moore  now  holds 
16,000,000  ordinary  shares,  16.11% of the  Company's  issued  ordinary  share 
capital. 
 
Mr. Keith Milhench, a director of the Company, has today sold 7,500,000 ordinary 
shares  in  the  Company at a price of 0.13p per share and no longer  holds  any 
ordinary shares in the Company. 
 
Further  to  the  announcement made on 7 January 2010  regarding  the  issue  of 
16,000,000 new ordinary shares, the date of admission to trading on AIM will  be 
13 January 2010.
