Statement re change of Auditor

Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company")

In accordance with section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a communication will shortly be sent to shareholders of the Company for information only in relation to the statutory statement received from Grant Thornton UK LLP (Grant Thornton) in connection with its resignation as the Company's auditor. The reason for the resignation of Grant Thornton was that, following a competitive tender process undertaken following changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code which require audit tendering and rotation, they were not reappointed as auditor for the Company.

The Company announces that the Directors have appointed BDO LLP to fill the vacancy as auditor of the Company.
