This is a correction to the announcement published on 12
August 2024 at 07:00am (RNS number 9713Z) which incorrectly stated
the figure for total voting rights, this figure has been updated
to 2,484,846,060. The full corrected announcement is included
below.
Correction - Transaction in
own shares
The Renewables Infrastructure Group
Limited ("TRIG") announces that, in accordance with the terms of
its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 9 August 2024, it has
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.01 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares") through Investec
Bank plc.

TRIG holds 298,500 Ordinary Shares in
treasury. TRIG initially intends to hold the purchased shares as
treasury shares.

TRIG, excluding treasury shares as at 9 August 2024 is
2,484,846,060. This figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TRIG
under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
