Allotment of Ordinary Shares on conversion of C Shares

The directors of Triple Point VCT plc wish to announce that in the Announcement
dated 25 July 2007 of the Company's results for the year ended 31 March 2007, it
was reported that the number of Ordinary Shares that had been issued as a
consequence of the conversion of the C Shares into Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
amounted to 28,665,518 such shares.  On further review of the calculations, this
number has been found to be incorrect and should have been stated as 28,665,529
such shares, resulting in the total number in issue as at 31 March 2007 being
31,990,493 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each.
