                                  BOARD CHANGE

VI Group plc ("VI" or "the Group"), one of the leading software providers
to the mould and die industry, announced today that Ivy Fredericks will be
resigning from her position as a Non-executive Director, with effect from
the Annual General Meeting on the 25th June 2004.

Stephen Palframan, Chairman of VI, commented:

"Ivy joined the Board as a direct result of our US fund raising efforts.
Following the Group's de-listing from AMEX, which was announced in April,
and a review of the board structure she will not be offering herself for
re-election at the forthcoming AGM. On behalf of the Board, I would like
to thank Ivy for her contribution to the Group and wish her every success
in the future."
