                       Investee company appoints director



The board of Zyzygy Plc are delighted to advise that the Company's investee
company, MarineTrack Limited has recently appointed Philip Self as its Finance
Director to assist with both its current flotation and ongoing needs. Mr. Self
is a chartered accountant with 20 years experience in corporate accountancy,
audit and tax. He was a partner of a Surrey based accountancy firm prior to
setting up his own practice specialising in accountancy, business and tax advice
for a variety of owner-managed businesses. He is also currently finance director
of the AIM listed company, Wren Homes Plc
