BUJAW Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd

Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd. (the “Company”), a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one ordinary share, one-half of one redeemable warrant and one right to receive one-tenth of one ordinary share upon consummation of an initial business combination. Each whole redeemable warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share. The units are expected to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) under the ticker symbol “BUJAU” beginning June 28, 2023. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the ordinary shares, warrants and rights are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols “BUJA,” “BUJAW,” and “BUJAR,” respectively. The offering is expected to close on June 30, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company is a blank check company sponsored by Bukit Jalil Global Investment Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company, formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. The Company intends to identify a prospective target business which will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location.

A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.

Brookline Capital Markets, a division of Arcadia Securities, LLC is acting as the co-manager for the offering.

The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 750,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. Robinson & Cole LLP served as the U.S. counsel to Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd. and Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP served as United States counsel to the representative of the underwriters in this offering.
