Corinthian Colleges, Inc. Reports New Equity Compensation Grants
Under NASDAQ Market Rule 4350 SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 11
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO)
reported that on February 10, 2005, in accordance with NASDAQ
Marketplace Rule 4350, Kenneth S. Ord, Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer, was granted inducement stock options
covering an aggregate of 70,000 shares of common stock, as well as
a grant of restricted stock units ("RSU") covering an additional
10,000 shares. These options and RSUs were granted without
stockholder approval pursuant to NASDAQ Marketplace Rule
4350(i)(1)(A)(iv) with the following terms: each option has been
classified a nonqualified stock option, has an exercise price of
$17.84 per share, which was the fair market value of the common
stock on the grant date, has a ten year term, and vests 25% per
year on each of the first four anniversaries of the grant date,
subject to continued employment through each relevant date. The RSU
grant also vests 25% per year on each of the first four
anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continued employment
through each relevant date. Additional information regarding the
