Throughout her professional career, Barry has been a community leader and dedicated proponent for accessible, quality education. Barry holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University; a master's degree in management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; and, a bachelor's degree in speech/drama education from Bowling Green State University.
