NEW YORK, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Investment firm W. P. Carey & Co. LLC (NYSE:WPC) announced today that it has agreed to provide Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO), a post-secondary education company, approximately $52 million to fund the construction of two new student housing facilities. A 156-apartment facility in Laramie, WY will accommodate 624 students and a 164-apartment facility in Blairsville, PA will house 648 students. The facilities will be operated under the WyoTech brand name, which is part of Corinthian's Titan Schools division. Corinthian Colleges will lease the properties under two separate 20-year leases with four, ten-year renewal options.
