Corinthian Colleges Expands Executive Team of Online Learning Division

- Steve Quattrociocchi Named President, CCi Online - SANTA ANA,
Calif., March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corinthian Colleges,
Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO) has appointed Steve Quattrociocchi president,
CCi Online, a unit of the company's Online Learning Division
(formerly the Pegasus Division). In this newly created position,
Quattrociocchi will oversee the company's online programs, which
currently offer 245 courses and 15 degrees in high-demand fields
such as criminal justice, business, accounting and information
technology. Corinthian has over 6,800 exclusively online students.

track record of marketing and running both online and traditional

managing a young and growing business and a keen understanding of

learning capability." Quattrociocchi has spent his 19-year career
with The Princeton Review, a publicly-traded provider of courses,
tutoring, books and online test preparation for college, graduate
and professional admissions tests, as well as related services for
school districts across the U.S. He most recently served as
executive vice president and general manager of the $90 million
Test Preparation Services division, where he helped grow division
revenues by 148% over a five-year period and launched award-winning
online test preparation courses. Previously, as vice president,
course operations, he oversaw The Princeton Review's network of
company-owned regional offices. Quattrociocchi also served as
executive director of The Princeton Review's Mid-Atlantic
territory, where he more than doubled revenues in less than three
years. Quattrociocchi earned a master of business administration
degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania,
and a bachelor of science degree from MIT. In his new position,
Quattrociocchi will report to David Poldoian. Over the past two
years, Poldoian and his team have successfully led Corinthian's
online business from its start-up phase to a rapidly growing,
viable operation representing more than 10 percent of the Company's
total enrollment. As president and chief operating officer of the
Online Learning Division, Poldoian will focus his efforts on
introducing and expanding online learning throughout the company's
traditional program offerings and play an integral role in
evaluating potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures and
