Market With New Bryman Institute in Eagan - Eighth New Branch
Campus Announced for Fiscal 2004 - SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 8
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corinthian Colleges, Inc. today announced
plans to open its first campus in Minnesota with the signing of a
lease for a new Bryman Institute that will offer education programs
to prepare Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area students for careers in
healthcare. Encompassing approximately 24,000 square feet located
at Spectrum Commerce Center, 1000 Blue Gentian Road in Eagan, the
new facility is expected to open during the fourth quarter of
fiscal 2004, which will end June 30, 2004. "We believe the
compelling demographics of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan
area provide Corinthian with an excellent opportunity to expand our
geographic footprint into this attractive market," said David G.
Moore, chairman and chief executive officer. "We look forward to
opening our first Minnesota campus, to offering our high-quality
healthcare programs to increasing numbers of career-oriented
students, and to helping fulfill the needs of area employers with
our graduates." The new Bryman Institute Eagan campus will offer
diploma programs in medical assisting, medical insurance
billing/coding, and massage therapy. It is expected to have a
student population of approximately 400 students within two years
following its opening. Corinthian currently expects to open between
six and eight new branch campuses in fiscal 2004. Bryman Institute
in Eagan, Minnesota is the eighth new branch announced for fiscal
