Grindrod Shipping Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRIN) (JSE: GSH)
(“Grindrod Shipping” or “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), a
global provider of maritime transportation services predominantly
in the drybulk sector, today announced it will release its second
half and full year 2023 earnings results for the period ended
December 31, 2023 on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, after market
closing in New York. The Company will not be holding a conference
call and webcast to discuss the results.
