of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), Jayud Global Logistics Limited (the “Company”) hereby
requests that the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) consent to the withdrawal, effective as of
the date hereof or at the earliest practicable date hereafter, of the Registration Statement (the “Registration Statement”)
on Form F-3 (File No. 333-279717) filed with the Commission on May 24, 2024. The Company plans to file a new registration statement on
Form F-3 with the Commission by June 14, 2024. No securities were issued or sold under the Registration Statement.
The Company also requests that, in accordance
with Rule 457(p) of the Securities Act, all fees paid to the Commission in connection with the filing of the Registration Statement be
credited for future use.
