If NWBO actually received a tentative rejection letter from the MHRA then that is material information that must be disclosed to investors.  The fact that nothing was disclosed tells us NWBO did not receive any such letter.  It's that simple.  To suggest anything else is speculation.

Baxer, I gather that you are saying that the CHM issued a CHM Letter to NWBO regarding DCVax-L shortly after the November 2025 CHM meeting and NWBO is going through the procedures described in Section 2.6 of the MHRA guidance. Why do you think the CHM issued a CHM Letter instead of issuing a 2nd RF
