Condition.
On March 9, 2023, Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance,
Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December
31, 2022. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
