Also, if I'm not mistaken it would be very hard to dump your shares once listed. Brokers would prob charge more for having to deal with it.  I went through this with another penny stock but it was a while ago and cant remember how it all went down.

I am not an expert by any means, but I believe even a delisted stock can trade on the gray sheets or expert markets. Not positive though. This company has been dead for so long.
