Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 19, 2024, Silvaco Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California's dismissal of all claims brought against the Company by Aldini AG. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
