There are some significant changes in the 10-Q, with the first thing we notice being the increase in the outstanding shares (O/S). The difference between June 30, 2024, and September 30, 2024, is 98,583,035 common shares. Does this O/S change indicate dilution, or is there another explanation?

What's not clear is which came first, the CEO designation or Morales's bio. I would expect the latter since I saw it long ago. Designating him as CEO is new.

The company actually has a password to access their OTC Market page to enter information. OTC Market personnel doesn't decide
