AgMotion Purchases Third Party Marketing Business From US BioEnergy

MINNEAPOLIS, MN and United BioEnergy Ingredients, LLC ("UBE")
from US BioEnergy Corporation (NASDAQ: USBE). AgMotion is a
commodity trading and risk management company based in
Minneapolis.
UBE provides marketing services for Distillers Grains Products,
risk management and group procurement services to its partner
plants.

to livestock operators, feed mills, and export clients as a
high-quality livestock feed. Demand for Distillers Grains Products
has sky-rocketed in the past few years due to its nutritional
benefits for many types of livestock and high prices for feed
grains.
