Fans Can Vote For Louisville Wide Receiver Montrell Jones For The Cingular Wireless/ABC Sports All-America Player Of The Week ATLANTA, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Louisville junior wide receiver Montrell Jones has been selected as a Cingular Wireless/ABC Sports All-America Player of the Week finalist for the first time this season. Jones was nominated for the award after his three touchdown performance on Saturday as No. 7 Louisville defeated Cincinnati 70-7 and clinched the Conference USA championship. Jones' first two touchdown catches came in the first half on throws of 43 and 13 yards and were his first two touchdown receptions since transferring from Tennessee two years ago. His final touchdown came in the 3rd quarter on special teams with a spectacular 72-yard punt return. Jones is one of four candidates for the All-America Player of the Week, who are selected by a panel of ABC Sports and ESPN college football analysts, led by John Saunders.
