Cambridge (UK), 30 June 2016 07:00 CEST: Global Graphics SE (Euronext: GLOG) (the "Company") announces that on 29 June 2016 a number of directors and senior executives of the Company have each acquired ordinary shares of €0.40 each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Company's share option scheme.

The following table provides information about the number of options exercised, shares sold and the resulting interest that each person holds in the Company's shares.
