For 20 years, employees at Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE:NOC) Rolling Meadows campus have been collecting gifts every December to brighten the holidays for those in need.

Northrop Grumman employees in Rolling Meadows prepare to deliver gifts to 220 Chicago-area residents during the campus' 20th annual holiday gift drive. Showing their generosity, Northrop Grumman employees at the Rolling Meadows campus donated more than 10 large boxes of gifts to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. Part of an annual tradition of community support, the holiday gift drive supports organizations that help disabled children and adults reach their full potential, assist women and families in shelters, and provide services to at-risk youth. This year, employees delivered gifts to more than 200 clients of those organizations.

The campus also participates in Toys for Tots through its VERITAS veterans employee resource group, typically collecting more than 10 large donation boxes of gifts for children and teens.
