Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced today that Anthony Brown has been appointed vice president,
Human Resources for the Corporate Office and Enterprise Shared
Services (ESS), effective immediately. Brown will report to
Denise Peppard, corporate vice
president and chief human resources officer.

In this role, Brown will be responsible for overall human
resources leadership in support of all corporate office and ESS
organizations. He will also be a member of the company's Human
Resources Policy Council. In addition, Brown will lead the
companywide Talent Capture and Redeployment Center of Excellence,
which strengthens and enables Northrop Grumman to attract, retain
and hire the best and most diverse top talent while meeting the
company's business objectives and strategic plans.
Brown joins Northrop Grumman from Clark Construction, where he
was the vice president of Human Resources. Previously, he was vice
president of Human Resources for the PulteGroup.
Brown earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from The
College of William and Mary and
completed the University of Michigan's
Executive Human Resources Program.
