Northrop Grumman Adds $3 Billion to Share Buyback Program

Northrop Grumman Corp. has added $3 billion to its share buyback
program, bringing the global defense and security company's current
authorization to about $4.1 billion.
Northrop said Tuesday the share repurchases would occur in the
open market or in privately negotiated transactions.
Shares in the company rose 0.5% in post-market trading.
