The Asphalt and Fuels Marketing segment refines crude oil to produce asphalt and certain other refined products; and purchases crude oil and other refined petroleum products for resale. NuStar Logistics serves producers of crude oil, integrated oil companies, chemical companies, oil traders and refiners, farm cooperatives, railroads, and road and bridge construction companies.
