Perini Corporation (NYSE: PCR) announced today the appointment of James M. Laing to the position of President, Perini Corporation�s Civil Division in Peekskill, NY, operating throughout the eastern seaboard. In his new role, Mr. Laing will report to James �Jack� Frost, President of Civil Operations for Perini Corporation and subsidiaries. Mr. Laing will lead the combined East Coast Civil operations for Perini Corporation through the substantial program of road, bridge, transit, rail and general infrastructure work anticipated during the next few years. Mr. Laing has been involved in the estimating, execution and management of civil construction operations since 1983, most recently with Tutor-Saliba Corporation, the newly acquired subsidiary of Perini Corporation. He is a 1983 graduate of Southeastern Massachusetts University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
